滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌的使用環(huán)境有什么要求嗎？

當(dāng)使用直線運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)時(shí),必須提供良好的潤(rùn)滑。如果無(wú)潤(rùn)滑狀態(tài)下使用,滾動(dòng)部分就會(huì)更快地磨損,因而其使用壽命會(huì)縮短。

潤(rùn)滑劑具有如下功效∶

（1） 降低各運(yùn)動(dòng)部件之間的摩擦,從而可防止燒傷及減少磨損。

（2） 在滾動(dòng)面上形成油膜以減少作用于表面的應(yīng)力，并延長(zhǎng)滾動(dòng)疲勞壽命。

（3） 將油膜覆蓋于金屬表面以防止生銹。
